Can not submit proposal, getting error "To submit a proposal, update your address"

Hi Ashish, 

Please go to your Contact Info page (Settings > Contact Info), and update your address, making sure you fill in the City field. If the issue persists once you have updated your account information, and other pertinent information on your profile, you can come back here, and our team will assist you further.

I'm having this error as well. I updated my address and everything is up to date.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I checked and it seems that you didn't add your location information yet. Please go to Settings > Contact info and fill out the missing fields from your Location section.
