Can not withdraw my funds

Hi All,

I've tried to withdraw my funds from the Upwork to my PayPal account a few times but each try was rejected.The problem is that I don't even know what is wrong - either something is set incorrectly or there are some any other issues. Could somebody help me with it? How can I withdraw my funds?
