Can offer contract to Register employer with Upwork

May I can sign a direct contract with a register employer with Upwork?. I already worked for him and one ongoing project is running.

Hi Sulaiman,

Unfortunately no, direct contracts can be used only with clients outside of Upwork (clients who have not signed up on Upwork). 
If your client already has an account on Upwork you will need to form an official contract. Thank you.
