Can someone please help with my account?

Hi - I made an account a while ago under my e-mail

I tried to sign in and it said it "didn't recognize" my email.

So I created a new account. But I only have one telephone number so I can't get the "verification code" because it's linked to the email account that is "not recognized"

Please help!
