H e l l o ~
I just received an email notification of a job invitation. Unfortunately, when I click on either the Accept Interview button, or the View Full Job Description button, or the title of the job itself, I'm taken to a page with a 'You are not authorized to access this page.' message. Frustrating! Would like to solve this as soon as possible, please, so I can apply for this job! . . . .

Has your profile been accepted?
Your photo is upside down and you have no job title.

Hi, Jake ~
Thanks for the prompt response!
I'm assuming my profile has been accepted. I'm listed as an 'Active Member.' How could I tell if my profile hadn't been accepted? . . . .

I think active member is a forum title.
They'll send you an email when your profile is approved.
"Congrats, ___. You're ready to apply!" is the title.

You are logged into your client account and that's why the links don't work. Log into your freelance account and the links will work correctly.

Hi Michael,
Could you please share the link and a screenshot of the invitation you received with Customer Support, so they can take a look?
Also, please upload a new photo as the one you currently have is not in line with our ToS.

Hi Mike,
Please share the details I removed from your post with Customer Support, as we can't share or discuss account specific details in the Community.
No, you can't use a logo as your freelancer profile photo. You can find more details in our ToS, advice in this blog article and profile samples in this Help article.

Hello
I have the same problem. Can't access the job description. Not authorised
Thank you

Hi Claudette,
It can be that the client made the job post private or closed it. Were you invited to apply for the job?

Valeria -
I'm finding something similar - I would like to accept an invitation to interview for a project but when I accept the invitation I get the message "You are not authorized to access this page"

Hi Peter,
I checked and it doesn't look like a client sent you an invite to apply for a while. You have sent your proposal to a client's job, but they need to accept it in order for it to become an interview.
You can check your current and past invites on your Proposals page.

Same issue for me as everyone above. I received an invite to interview through email less than an hour ago, but I can't accept the invite, or view the job description due to a, "You are not authorized to view this page." error.

Hi Corbin,
I checked and it doesn't look like you have received any invites recently. Could you please send me a private message with a screenshot of the email you are referring to? Click on my name next to this post in order to send a private message.

Hi.
I'm not sure I'm communicating in the right place.
I have a similar problem and I can't agree to accept an interview with a client, I don't want to lose that job and I need help.
Could you help me? I attach screenshots of the work and the error that appears. Thank you so much in advance for your attention.
Leire
