Can't Re-Submit My Profile

Haven't touched this account in literally yerars and thought I'd refresh things, but having trouble re-submitting my profile—I've made the changes that were requested via a message (from, like, two years ago), but the system's not allowing me to re-submit for some reason. Any help anyone might be able to give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
