Can't Update/Put a Hourly Rate

Hello! I can't update or put an hourly rate on my profile, meaning I am unable to start submitting proposals. I have refreshed cookies and everything but whenever I leave the page it just wipes the hourly rate that I set and hit save on. This is crazy, and there is no support on this platform? Can someone help me!!

I checked your profile and it looks like you are an exclusive member of your agency. An agency owner, business manager, or admin can edit their agency members' general and specialized profile rates and visibility in Find Work ›  Agency Roster. You can check this help article for more information.
