Can't accept offer

Hi, I got an offer for work but I can't accept it because I get the following message:

Now, the offer is for my personal account. I do have an agency, so I tried it just in case, but then I get the message that the offer is for my personal account (as expected). Either way, I'm the manager for the agency as well, so in any case I should be able to accept the offer, but I can't even see the Accept Offer button. Any hint n what to do?
