Can't access my account and can't access customer service to resolve

When I attempt to set up my account I'm told I need to verify my email which I've done already but still can't move past the verify your email page. I've tried verifying again but I don't get an email with a new verification link (likely because I've already verified). Help please

I checked and it does look like your email address is already verified. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with a different browser to see if the issue persists?
