Can't access upwork support page.

I have my partner worked on upwork long time ago. he didn't use upwork for some time and now he said the account has been suspended. and he can't access support page. if he clicks the link on home page it goes to the support page but few seconds later it automatically redirects back to the home page. so he couln't resolve the issue. his account id is **Edited for Community Guidelines**. hope you guys can help him to resolve the issue.

The problem he said is that if he clicks the ticket link then it doesn't go to the support page. instead it just redirects back.
