Can't add a PayPal account as a payment method

I'm trying to add PayPal as a payment method and Upwork is refusing to add it because my name on PayPal is in Cyrillic. I've also given that same name to Uwork (in Cyrillic) when I updated my account earlier (not that it cares) but apparently there's a mismatch. It'd really help if I could get my money out.
