Can’t add the billing method

Hey everyone ,
This is Raman . I am a freelancer and new to upwork and I want to buy new connect’s but am unable to add a BILLING METHOD to my account .

whenever I fill all the details it gives the error”YOUR BANK WAS UNABLE TO VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION”

when I contacted my bank they said everything from their side is working properly.....

Only me is facing the issue or it’s a normal problem

Please guide to me asap as I want to buy more connects as my existing connects are over .


When I filled all the details in the “GETPAID” the same account has been approved for the withdrawal .
