Can't change country and phone number country

Hello, as I am new on this platform,
I noticed very lately that I have to add legal entity in tax section (UK LTD)
and I cannot change my personal profile to Poland since I changed to United Kingdom and I have to verify with UK number. I have to enter my Polish number but I cannot change country to Poland. Can the support help me to solve this issue as soon as possible?

Then I'd setup my personal profile, but I need also an advice. Do I need also agency profile, or can I just write the name and form of legal entity, its tax identification number and its address somewhere in my personal profile once if it will be verified?

I am going to have any income legally so I see two ways. Or client is been invoiced (without VAT, because my LTD is not VAT registered), or once Upwork is invoicing client, then I invoice Upwork as my client. Which way is possible?
