Can't change country

I was able to look into your account and see the error you're getting even if your country was previously changed to Spain on our end. I cannot change my country to India. It is showing US whereas I am in India.

I'm on the Create your Profile page, but I still can't change my country from United States to GERMANY.  This affects my phone # as well (I need to enter a German phone, but won't let me). Living in Germany. Thank you in advance!

Now I moved to Canada and not able to edit the country. Can you help in changing country to Canada.
