I am also experiencing an issue recieving verify email. I tried many email addresses and still nothing, not in spam, junk, or my inbox on any attempts. Please assist me in becoming a client I want to hire.
I am also experiencing the same issue of not receiving my confirmation email in order to create my freelancer profile. I've selected to resend the email several times, verified the correct spelling of my email address, and checked all email folders in case it was automatically sent to junk, etc.
If someone could assist with a solution, it would be greatly appreciated.
I am having issues as listed in this message board. I have been trying to recieve an email verification email for 2 days and am getting nothing. Tried to reset and that is not working. Please assist for I would like to get my job posted ASAP or use another service. Thanks
We checked and the confirmation email was sent to your email successfully. Please, check your spam and junk folders to make sure it's not being blocked.
I have the same issue.
Nothing is in the spam and no messages got filtered. Moreover, when I set up a security question, an email was generated confirming it and reached me within seconds. This means I'm getting messages if they are sent.
Can you please check and see what's causing this? I have a work order delaying due to this malfunction and if it doesn't get resolved, I'll have to, however reluctantly, look for a service that works.
