A friend's of mine account has been suspended and he can't reach the support team and even left message here in community discussions. He's was an active member until his account has been suspended (participated in talent clouds programs, has active contracts etc).

I don’t need any details. My friend is sitting next to me and we aren’t seeing any notifications in his upwork account and any new emails.
