Can't create an Agency account or contact Upwork support

Hello,

I have a freelancer account  on upwork and I would like to create an agency profile to add team work membres so we can work on some projects together. But, there is only an option to create a client account and no option for creating an agency acount in the contact info settings page. I tried to find a way to contact upwork support but there is no way but that bot chat that doesn't and can't help on anything. Please, anyone can help me on this ?

Did you previously have an agency profile and closed it?

Yes, an Agent restored it and now it is fixed. Thank you for your help !
