Can't create an agency account.

Hi 

I can create an agency account from my Freelance account.

I followed these instructions:

Please go to Settings > My Team > Create a New Account.

However there is no option to 'create a new account'. Please see attached picture. Can you help please?

Hi Michelle,

To create an agency, you can go to the Settings > Contact Info page, click on the 'New Agency Account' button and follow the steps.
