Can't do live chat, seriously stuck for 1 month

Hello, I've very very major problem on my account. I've 0 application left in my profile. It's been same for me for a month. I've tried to do a live chat but it doesn't appear in my account. I've already clean my browser cookies and java script is also enabled. I submitted 4 ticket for help but the funny thing is nobody replied. What should I do ? Please help me. somebody..
