Can´t do my Video Verification

Hi! I can´t get my Video Verification done, alredy did everything they suggest, (enable third party cookies, enable pop-ups, java etc.) I have an updated supported browser, still when I click on the action required Video Verification link, it sends me to Upwork help and I can´t complete the request. Tried it a hundred times alredy, please help!!
