Can't download a .docx file shared by my client

Hi,

I am trying to download a .docx file shared by my client, but upwork isn't letting me, even though .docx is a supported file extension. When I try to download it, it says "It is not safe to download this file. If you really want to access this file please contact Customer Support."

Can someone please help me on this?

I've been getting that error message on every Word document that I've tried to download in the past week.
