Can't download client files

I need someone to check files I received from a client for urgent work but I can't open cause of this

"It is not safe to download this file. If you really want to access this file please contact Customer Support."

I suggest you have the client send it to you through a different route, like Dropbox or Google Drive. It's taken me days to get a file like this from CS.
