Can't download file from client

I can't seem to receive a file from my client I keep getting redirected to a new tab suggesting I contact support.

I understand if you are frustrated.

Personally, I consider it a waste of my time to try to fight Upwork's file transfer limitations.

When it is SO EASY for me to use actual, dedicated file transfer tools, and simple methods that do NOT block or alter files.

 

You and the client you are working with may use anything you want to use:

FTP

email

Dropbox

Google Drive
Microsoft One Drive

Apple iCloud

WeTransfer

USB flashdrive
Onehub
SmartFile

etc.
