Can't download my files

Hi!

I can't download the files from my order svg formate. I can click on them, then they open in a separate tab, but nothing else. I don't see a download button and the download doesn't start automatically? I'm using Chrome. Is there an issue or I'm doing something wrong?

Hi Arthur,

Could you please specify where you're trying to download files from? If they are being opened in a new tab, could you please try right-clicking there to see if a Save option is available?

Hi. Thank you foe your letter. I received files SVG from the customer . When jumping, they open only Opera  and Enge . I cannot open this file on Ai or Photoshop.

Arthur, it sounds like you were able to download the files. If they are not the correct format for you to be able to work on the client's project, I suggest you discuss this with them directly.
