Can't enable client feedback - HELP

Hi,

I followed the steps to enable my client to modify feedback because my client said they forgot to leave feedback. When I follow the steps to enable feedback, I get this error (see image).

 

How come I cannot enable the "modify feedback" feature so my client can leave feedback on the project? Right now it shows that I don't have any feedback because they forgot.

Hi Natalie,

 

Both parties will have 14 days to leave the feedback from the contract end date. If they choose to not leave the feedback during these 14 days, they will not be able to leave feedback later. Enable feedback change option is available for a contract where the feedback was already left and your client would like to change that feedback.

That is unfortunate, is there any way around this? My client would love to leave feedback, they just forgot to within the allotted time.

Could you please confirm which contract you're referring to? Is it the contract that ended on January 6?
