Can't find a job, can't get a client

I am an expert in customer service but I cannot get a job here. I've sent a lot of proposals but no one is responding. I hope someone can help me land my first job. I feel hopeless now, I have a lot of experience but none in Upwork.

When hiring a customer service person, two of the main criteria are excellent English and attention to detail.  Some of your overview is literally unintelligible which means either poor English or poor attention to detail. Both is really bad for a CS rep.

I'd discount your profile based on that alone. My thinking would be that if you can't be bothered to take care of your own profile, you would likely not be too diligent to take care of my precious customers, either.
