Can't find my identity verification option in profile settings

I submitted my NID card for verification on 12-04-2022. Still, I haven't got any results about my documents submission. Also, I can't find the "Identity Verification" option under profile settings.

I checked and would like to clarify that this was a separate process from the ID Verification Badge. The team received your submission and the issue with your account has been resolved!

But I would also like to apply for the identity verification badge. But I can't do that unless I have the "Identity Verification" option in my profile settings. Can you let me know why it disappeared from the settings menu?

Hi MD,

We’ll let you know when it’s time to verify your identity for the ID Verification Badge. You won’t be able to do so until we request verification. We’ll send you an email and notify you when you sign in to your account if you need to verify.
