Can't find the option to create a FREELANCER AGENCY after Closing the Previous one

Hey Team,

I have created an Upwork Freelancer Agency, but then I have to close that one.

Now I want to again create a Freelancer Agency but it is not showing up in the additional accounts section.

Why is that so?
