Can't find the unsubscribe from job recommendations emails in notification settings

Can anyone help me find the unsubscribe button from my email notification settings for the specific topic: job recommendations?

They're all very bad and irrelevant jobs with the message "Clients have paid to feature these jobs to valuable freelancers like you".

But can't I unsubscribe from that at all, the "unsubscribe from job reccomendations" button, as per email, is missing from the notification settings. Are we forcefully getting this spam? This is not legal.
