Can't get access to my upwork account

I had to create this new account because otherwise you guys are unreachable.

I wanted to log in today with my account, I always signed in with Google. Today, each time I tried it failed, and displayed the message "That Google account is not recognized on Upwork".

I checked out a thread here about it, and the solution didn't work.

So I tried to contact you, but I couldn't because I have to be logged in. So I tried signing up again. So I pressed the button "Sign In with Google", and this time the message was "That email is already in use on Upwork". (pic below)

So, apparently you can detect it, but it can't be used to get access somehow.

So I created this account to communicate with you, but I used the different email I used to sign in with Google.

Hello, same here. I created this new account inorder to contact support and also because I could no longer access the email I used on my old account. I would like to change the email on my old account and after request to delete this new account.

Hey guys. I've been having the same issue. This is my new account, as I just can't access my other one. I've even sent countless comments on the Google Play Store to try and get some help before I created this new account. My previous username was "**Edited for Community Guidelines**." and my gmail was **Edited for Community Guidelines**. Currently it says "Google account is not recognized for Google Sign-In on Upwork." I still have money there I need to withdraw. Please help.

Hello! I have the same problem. I created this new account to contact support because I could not login with my old  email. The  error occurs  "Oops! Username is incorrect".


I want to return my old account and delete the new one when the problem is solved.

Hi, I have the same issue. I created this new account inorder to contact support. Today when I tried to login with google it suddently gave me error message that google account can't be recognized for google login. It was working fine before and I never received any message. Hello have been having some problm with editing milestone. I and my client agreed already. Now we also had an additional payment now I was wondering when I am editing the milestone. Do I need to put the first agreeable payment or the 2nd one after the addition has been made. I would really appreciate your feedback since the deadline is 17th March and it's already 17th and I don't know if that will affect my profile. Thanks

I'm facing the same issue. Unable to log in to one of my Upwork accounts using Google. It shows error as below,

Hello! I have the same problem. I created this new account to contact support because I could not login using my old email. I have set-up a two step authentication using my phone but cannot use it because I cannot even sign in using the app.

I am also having the same problem. I too had to create this account for reaching to out to the customer service. Please help me fast as I have an ongoing order of 100$ and if I don't respond to them they might cancel my order. Please help asap.
