Can't get any answer from Upwork Support

Hello.
I have been experiencing an issue in relation to my open ticket on Support page. I had requested to sign my new completed CoS form, but don't get any answer two days already. Usually your specialist had been answering at least in 6 hours, but not this time. Could you, please, check my open ticket. Perhaps, there is an issue related to freelancersuccess email. Thanks in advance.
