Can't get paid

I have been trying to withdraw my money from my account (get paid now) and every time I click the ‘get paid button’ it says “We’re sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute”. Then, they disable my payment method.

I received 2 emails but neither of them have any information about the issue.

Why can’t I get paid? What should I do?

Please double-check the information you provided under your payment method. Additionally, clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue?

Hello Bojan,

Thanks for your answer. My bank account seems to be correct.

I  tried both: logging in a different browser and logging in anonymous mode. But, I still get the same message.

I update my bank info last Thursday, would that be an issue?
