Can't join a customer account's team

I was invited to join a customer account's team but after I follow the invite link I just land in my account and I cannot see  the customer dashboard. How can I solve the situation Thank you

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please note that clients don't have profiles like freelancers. You will be able to see details about the client, including the number of jobs they’ve posted, their star rating from feedback, and how much they’ve spent on Upwork. This information can be found on the left side of the job post when you access the Invitation to Interview.

I can also see that you've communicated with the client and submitted a proposal for the job post. You may want to keep in touch with the client and establish a contract so you can start working and join their team.
