Can't leave agency, Says try again later but never work.

Hi upwork,

I've recently made the decision to work on upwork and I got an offer but I can't accept it because In the past I was an exclusive member of an agency but now I want to work independently and when I go and click "Leave team", I get an error saying that I can't leave right now and that I should try again later.

Can someone help me with this? I'm super frustrated.
