Can't log in to tracker app

I download the latest version but it won't let me log in. When I click on Continue after entering my username, nothing happens. I'm using macOS Catalina.

Does anyone else have the same issue?

Could you please try the troubleshooting steps here to see if the issue persists? If you still experience problems, report the issue so we can help you. Here’s how:

Click your name at the lower left of the app
Select Support and Feedback
Enter the details of your issue and click Send
