Can't log into my Upwork account from a new device

Good afternoon
I can't log into my Upwork account from a new device due to the fact that my email inbox, to which my account is linked, was destroyed by my previous employer **Edited for community guidelines**.  During authorization, the site asks for a confirmation code and sends it to a non-existent email, it is impossible to log in.
There is another option to recieve the code on my mobile phone but the code never comes
