I was logged out from all devices and everytime I try to login it says username is incorrect. Pretty sure I am using the correct email. Had to create this new account to ask for help.

I am aware of this violation, however I couldn't find solutions from existing help articles and apparently getting further assistance requires an account. Anyway, I will only use this account to resolve said issue and it will be closed subsequently. I hope that's all right.
