Hi,

A friend is having trouble logging in.  The application is saying her email is invalid and when she tries to start a new account they are saying the email is associated with an invalid account.  Can you please advise?

That sounds like a problem that your "friend" would need to contact Upwork about. Upwork isn't going to give you somebody else's information.

Your "friend" is trying to violate a serious Upwork rule. It is strictly prohibited for freelancers to create multiple login accounts. If your "friend" needs help logging into her account, then she needs to contact Upwork Customer Support so she can log into her original account. She may not create a new account.
