Can't make freelancer exclusive, he doesn't have any active or open stuff.

Hello,
I've got the problem while making freelancer exclusive: This Agency Freelancer already has one or more open proposals or active contracts outside of this agency, so currently cannot be made exclusive to this agency.

And freelancer doesn't have any active or open proposals, anything. Could you help me with a solution?

Is that a new bug? The whole point of the archived folder is that those in there are NOT active.....

I am also facing the same problem. I just turned on agency subscription. Can't add my own profile as exclusive. It says I have active proposals. Which I don't. Even archive does not show anything.

Hi Gaurav,

As long as you have active proposals under your Freelancer profile, you won't be able to set yourself as an exclusive freelancer under your agency. I checked and you have 34 proposals under Find Work > Proposals > Active. Your account is also showing a number of archived proposals.

Yes. Those are submitted proposals. I had those submitted being a free lancer. Do i need to withdraw all of those to be part of my own agency? If yes, this is no good.

Hi Gaurav,

You can already submit proposals as a non-exclusive member of your agency, but can't set yourself as an exclusive member until all the proposals have been withdrawn. You can find more information about managing an agency in this Help article.

I am non-exclusive and I want to be a exclusive member of our agency. 

I have no active job and no job proposal submitted.

My agency owner is saying, we are getting follwoing error:

Hi Mehar,

Please go to Proposals > Archived Proposals and withdraw proposals submitted for jobs tagged as Job is Closed. You should be able to update your agency contractor's status.

I have withdrawn all active proposals and also withdrawn archived proposals with status Job is closed, But still I am unable to add myself as exclusive member of my agency.
I have one open offer but it is with agency.
