Can't open clients attachment in Messages

When trying to open the clients email I get the following ..... For your security, we're scanning the file you requested to ensure it isn't hiding a virus or malware. This should just take a few seconds.
Please try downloading it again in a minute.

 

Its been over 20 minutes and I still cannot open attachment.

 

I searched here on the forum for answers, and see that it happens from time to time. Is anyone else having this issue today?

20 minutes. 20 hours. I don't think this is happening.

 

Talk to the client and arrange to transfer the file using a different method. Such as Dropbox or FTP.
