Hello guys and upwork administration. I have an issue with stale invitation (from 2023). I can't decline it or do anything else with it. There is simply no button to do anything with it. I was trying to reach support or submit a ticket but this chat bot is weird and turns me into infinite cycle with useless recommendations. How can I reach support? This is crucial question because I can't become an exclusive member of agency because of this issue

I tried 1-2-3-4 and 6 from there. Nothing changed.
Main problem exactly in your №5 - i cannot *Contact Upwork Support directly". I found several similar discussion in different places. None of autors could not get people from Upwork support and, what more important, it seems that now there is no system of tickets for problems , at least for ordinary users.
I used Bot, and below our chat (first loop):
