Can't secure my first gig

Can anyone help me get any gigs, I only do one gig and it was with a person outside UpWorks and I push on him to do the task inside UpWorks, and since that I didn't get any other gigs, I wrote many proposals some non-professional and the other was professional proposals, I have passed the readiness test and get a raising talent padge, but also nothing happen tell now, if anyone can help.
