Can't see my country name

hey,

I can't see my country name in the Country Issuing ID field. Even though our country Bangladesh issued ID card to people under 18.

Every time I put my date of birth it shows "You must be at least 18 years old." Well I am 17+ and already working with a client on upwork.

Please help me through this process. Thank you.
