Can't select Portfolio cover image

I have already uploaded one portfolio with a successful cover image and all. I am working on my second portfolio and it will only upload if I do not select a cover image. When I have a cover image selected, it says "Something went wrong. Please try again later." It does not matter which image I select as the cover photo, it gives an error message regardless. All of the images are of the correct size and dimensions and display on my profile without a cover image.
