Can't sent a proposal due to 'Update your address'

Hi there,

I've been trying to send proposals after successfully completing my profile 100% but I'm getting a consistent 'update your address' error. 

I believe it is a known issue. Had I known earlier, my detailed proposals wouldn't have gone in vain.

Can any body help please?
