Hi all. I'm a new freelancer on Upwork and am trying to take a test, but I'm getting a message that states the test has expired. I did take a test earlier today and understand that I cannot retake tests for 90 days, but the test I am attempting to take is a completely different one. I've read on this forum that this can be reset and fixed by the staff at Upwork so I'm hoping to find that help here. Thank you in advance for the assistance.

Hi Joanne and thank you so much for responding so quickly. Just prior to me posting this I sent a message to support and they have resolved my issue completely, so I no longer need any assistance. Thank you again for the willingness to help, I appreciate it very much.
