Can't start time tracker, I have an active contract, but it says "You have no open contracts"

Today I tried to start the application but it didn't open any window for timetracker.
I tried to uninstall the application and then to install 32-bit version for my Windows
but still I couldn't start the app by clicking on the shorcut.

When I open the system tray and open "hidden icons" i see upwork icon,
but it is gray and not green.
When i do right click on the gray upwork icon, and select "Open time tracker"

when i click on refreash icon, nothing happenes, an it says "You have no open contracts".

When I go to Upwork website I have active contract listed, and I accepted the offer.

Why time tracker won't find my contract?
