Can't submit my profile after previewing it.

after I finished my profile and submitting it I found this message preventing me to submit my profile the message says " Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again or contact support. Include a screenshot of this entire page so we can troubleshoot this issue faster." 

please tell me what I can do to solve this problem
