Can't submit offers

Hello, 

I'm trying to submit my proposal and I got this error: 
"

We were unable to process your proposal due to missing address information. Add your full address.

"

My address is in my profile, so I think it's a bug. 
Please advise

I have the same problem. My address is also submitted, but when I try to submit invoice address I have the error "please try later"

Hi Shahar, and Viktorija,

Shahar, I checked and it seems that you need to fill out the city field on your Contact info page. To do so, please open your Settings page and under 'Location' fill out the missing field as shown in this screenshot.

Viktorija, I checked but was unable to replicate the issue. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or try using a different browser? Let us know if the issue persists so that we can assist you further.
