Thanks for the heads-up. We do have a known issue affecting some jobs and displaying code instead of client's details. Our team is working on fixing the root cause as soon as possible and we'll update the Community once we receive a confirmation that this issue has been resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Hi, I would appreciate some help.
I received and invitation for an interview, we are still discusing some details, but I can't see if client is payment verified, and client history, reviews, etc.
How or where I can see this so needed and important information.
Thanks in advance,
This is a known issue and our engineers will be releasing a fix for it soon. Meanwhile, you can use the following workaround to see the job details and submit a proposal:
- Copy the url of the job posting
- Log out of Upwork
- Paste the url and access the visitor view of the job
- In a new browser window, log back into your Upwork account
- Go back to the visitor view of the posting and click "Submit Proposal"
Sorry about the inconvenience.
Hi Valeria, thanks for you reply, but it did not work, job has not a visitor view of the posting see attached. (Note: I already sent a proposal). Even though I had not been offered the contract, I must know if client is payment verified in order to continue with process...
Edited to add: I did this with two different browser (Firefox and Chrome).
In your proposal on the right side you'll all the information about the client including whether or not they are verified. According to your screenshot, this client's payment method is verified.
Yes, I saw that, but was uncertain with the last screen. Thanks.
Edited to add: He!y! my post was moved to this thread, but that was not my case, I submited my proposal with no problem, just uncertain about the verified payment status of the client in one page and no information available on the other, the difference between one page to another is strange.
